Dream Away....

In our house, my grandchildren usually use a combination of Peace & Calming/Lavender and it will take them to dream land.   For me, that combination just helps me wind down, relieves anxiety and helps with my stress level but it has never enabled me to have a good night's sleep.  I've been reading about Tranquil and decided to put it on my order last month.  I waited a couple of days to write this to make sure it was for real.  :)

The first night I used this, I rubbed it on my feet and the back of my neck, waited 20 minutes and went to bed.  I can't even remember myself falling asleep.  I haven't dreamt in a long time or maybe it's that I don't remember my dreams, but this night was different.  I woke up and quickly looked around to make sure I was where I was...lol  My dream was so vivid, like it was actually happening and I remembered every minute detail of it.  I thought..."Could it be the Tranquil?"  I didn't want to give this little roll on bottle of Tranquil the credit too quickly.

Next night, was the same exact routine.  Everything the same, but different dream!!!  Now I know it's not a fluke!!  I'm enjoying my dreams and I wake up feeling like I had a restful night's sleep.  I found my Ambien!!!!  And without the side effects.

Tranquil is a perfect blend of Lavender, Cedarwood and Roman Chamomile essential oils in a convenient roll on bottle. The oils in this blend are known for their ability to induce tranquility.  I'm in love with it and now keep in on my nightstand!!!

Need a little En-R-Gee?

Well, hello everyone!!  Sorry haven't updated in a while.  Just got caught up with life....winding down the summer and getting ready for the school year for my son and grandson.  But I'm here now and will try to update on a regular basis.  If you have any needs or questions about oils, send me a message.  I love getting messages from you! Oh and HAPPY LABOR DAY!!  Hope you all are non laboring today! :)

A few weeks ago, a friend posted a picture of this little bottle on her Facebook page and labeled it 'my coffee'  Well, I just had to try it so I put it on the list for my next order.  I have to tell you, she wasn't kidding!!  It's great for mid afternoon pick me up! So much better than brewing another cup of coffee in the middle of the afternoon or grabbing for that energy drink no matter how 'natural' they say they are. And you don't feel that crash that you usually get when you're running on low. AND did I mention that it is much more cost effective???  A couple of drops is all it takes.  I even use it on my grandson before school to get him going.  This is another staple in our house for sure.

You can apply it topically or diffuse it!   En-R-Gee is a blend of Rosemary, Juniper, Lemongrass, Nutmeg, Idaho Balsam Fir, Clove, and Black Pepper. Take 2 to 3 drops and rub up your spine, wrists, temples, bottom of feet or neck.

Here are some uses:
  • Replace your coffee and start your day with it
  • Kick up your afternoon
  • Use right before you workout
  • Help with mental alertness
  • Diffuse to purify stale hotel rooms
  • Late night driving
  • Jet Lag
  • Before study sessions

Back Pain Relief

Do You Suffer From Back Pain?  If you do, you know how debilitating it can make you.  In my profession, I know of many, many nurses and healthcare professionals who suffer from chronic back pain caused by improper body mechanics.  It's what we all learned in nursing school and has been reinforced in every job that I have had.  Yet, back injuries still happen.  We all know what it takes to  prevent back injuries, but sometimes it's inevitable.  It's that one sudden move you make when you reach for a patient to prevent a fall or when there is no one around to help and you have to transfer someone from chair to bed.  It happens and I have to admit, it has happened to me.  Fortunately, mine was not severe.  I was treated with three different kinds of medication that I HATED taking.  It made my stomach upset among other things.  I did not know about essential oils a few years ago....unfortunately.

Today, my husband was wobbling around the house complaining of back pain.  I rubbed Copaiba on the area and on his spine.  I then massaged Ortho Ease on his back.  And as I expected, it relieved his back pain.  I just love these essential oils.  My medicine cabinet has completely been transformed

COPAIBA pronounced “Ko-pah-ee-bah”  is a powerful essential oil from South America that has traditionally been used to aid digestion and support the body's natural response to injury or irritation.  It is potentially the highest anti-inflammatory substance known to man either natural or synthetic....even greater than ibuprofen.  And to top it off....with NO SIDE EFFECTS!  There are many other uses for Copaiba that can be found in the Essential Oils Pocket Reference or Desk Reference.

ORTHO EASE massage oil soothes and warms tired and stressed bodies, helping to combat the damaging effects of everyday activities.  It contains:
Coconut Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Wintergreen Oil, Juniper Oil, Peppermint Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, Thyme Oil, Clary Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, and Olive Oil.

Camp necessities!

My son is going on a week camping trip with our church's high school group.  He just finished packing and I made sure I packed some essential oils for him that he will/might need.
Oregano - to keep treating a couple of warts that he has.  They are almost gone and I just wanted to make sure he is consistent with it
Peppermint - Just in case he feels nauseated, has a stomach ache or gets a fever.  Also, if he needs a quick pick me up during the day
Purification - for any zits that pop up (you know those have to be taken care of),  just in case he gets a sore throat or for any bug bites or little boo boos
Bug Repellent - A spray that that I made to keep the bugs away!!

This is what I put in the Bug Repellent:

And here is the recipe:

What is a Lemon Dropper?

Well, I'm glad you asked!!  First off, let me tell you that about 98% of all Lemon Droppers had no intention of doing the business end of Young Living when they first got their oils.  It was like...give me my oils, now leave me alone...thank you very much. Bye!  We just wanted to use our oils and be happy!  SERIOUSLY!!  But then this magical thing happens...you start using the oils, you fall in LOVE with them and you start telling family and friends about them.  Whether it's a blog post, a simple Facebook post or a face to face encounter; you share how it rid your headache, cleared your eczema, made a wart fall off, helped stop snoring, helped little ones have a good nights rest, etc.  THEN, when you see a post about someone who has an ache, who's suffering from a chronic illness, going through depression or anxiety.....you start thinking to yourself....hmmm THERE'S AN OIL FOR THAT!! Then it SNOWBALLS from there....SERIOUSLY, whether you like it or not.  You're officially obsessed!!

You start getting messages and texts saying...I've got to try those oils....NOW!!!  You get really nervous because you didn't expect this to happen.  So you tell them what you know and your own personal testimony. Then they buy a kit, simple as pie!  :) We don't push the business end, don't even mention it at first.  Usually, they end up asking because a light bulb goes off.  Why not do it just to cover their monthly oil expenses.   But it ends up being so much more....and that's a good thing!!

Everyone is sick and tired of taking medicine and experiencing all its unwanted side effects.  Who wouldn't want to take the natural route, right???  Long story short, these oils sell themselves!!  And you get that rewarding feeling when you know you helped someone tackle an issue and see their lives transform...such a good feeling.  :)

Young Living recently had its annual convention last week and over the last 20 years, they have experienced a steady 20% growth, BUT just this last year and a half, they experienced an EXPLOSIVE 142% GROWTH!!  Hmmmm....that's about the time the Lemon Droppers started.  We're the fastest and strongest growing team in Young Living that was started by two every day women who have their priorities in order....GOD first then the rest will fall into place.

Essential oils ease the pain....

....of back pain from sleeping with Grandkids!!!  How can two little people take over a king sized bed??  SERIOUSLY!!  I don't know how, but they always manage to do it.  My grandkids look forward to Friday night because that's when they know they can sleep with Mima and Papa.  I wish they could sleep with me every night but my husband won't allow it.  :(  Well, this morning, this is how I found them.  I managed to get out of bed without waking them up.  But let me tell you, it was quite a sight.  I had a foot in my face, a leg under my back, my husband couldn't take it any longer and ended up on the couch and my back was REALLY, REALLY sore!!!  I went into my oil stash and pulled these babies out QUICK!!!
  • Valor to relax my muscles
  • PanAway for the pain
  • Lemongrass for inflammation
  • Peppermint to drive it all in
I felt it working right away and within 20 minutes, my back pain was GONE!!  Bye-Bye!!!  So thankful for these oils and even more thankful that I didn't have to resort to taking a Motrin.  What is your favorite combo for pain?

Grandkids' Favorite YLEOs

Okay guys, here it is....out of the mouth of babes.  These are my grandkids, my sunshine, the apple of my eye, my cuddlebugs, my joy to my sadness, my love bugs, the two people who can turn my frown upside down, the laughter to my tears, my WHY....okay, you get the picture.  :)  They are here telling you like it is...their favorite Young Living Essential Oils and why.

Tristan's is LEMON.  He just loves the scent.  It's invigorating and it gives him energy...not that he needs any more than he has.  :)

Coraline's is PEACE & CALMING or how she calls it...CALM & PEACE.  Like she says, she LOVES it.  It tickles her when her mommy and daddy put it on her feet....lol BUT the most important reason why is because it helps her sleep all by herself!!  :D

Here's more info on the benefits Lemon and Peace & Calming....

In the news.....AGAIN!

I think this is so awesome!  Young Living EOs have been in the media a few times in the last couple of months.  Okay guys, yes, I am a nurse BUT hey I would rather treat something naturally if I can.  I've seen first hand all the side effects associated with pain medications, anti-emetics, antihistamines, antianxiety, antidepressants, etc.  Don't get me wrong, if I get suffer from a traumatic injury PLEASE take me to the hospital and hook me up with morphine STAT!!  But really, we have taken care of allergies, insomnia, cold sores, back pain, cuts, inflammatory issues, tummy aches, headaches, skin issues, and more!!  Even my husband, who was a total skeptic asks me, "do you have and oil for this, do you have an oil for that?"  :)  And my son, ALWAYS asks me for oils for something from an unexpected zit (they're all unexpected) to an annoying cough.  WHY?  Because he knows they work.  I get so excited about these oils, I want to share them with EVERYONE!

This is the First Essential Oil.....

.....that I tried and let me tell you I was HOOKED!!  Anything that would get rid of my headache in a fraction of the time that ibuprofen did is a winner in my book....Seriously!!  Not only did I not have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for it to MAYBE work, but I didn't have to worry about having something in my stomach before taking it or having an upset stomach afterwards.  It's like, get rid of one pain and get another.  Which is worse??

I'll never be without this oil...EVER!  It's in my medicine cabinet and also in my purse!  You never know when you'll need it and let me tell you it has been a lifesaver on many occasions.  Here are the few reasons why this oil is awesome:

Teething pain

There is absolutely nothing worse than teething pain in babies.  I mean come on...seeing that sweet little bundle of joy crying because of the throbbing pain.  Sure you can load them up with Tylenol, but if there was an alternative, natural way to alleviate the pain for your little one, would you try it?  When my kids were babies, I would try EVERYTHING!!  Well, not everything...my husband's grandmother suggested dipping a breadstick in some whiskey.  Hmmm....I'm sure it would work, but I didn't want to take that route.  I wish I had known about essential oils when my kids were little.  It would have helped tremendously.

Okay, so you want to know how to help your little one?  Rubbing Thieves essential oil blend on your babies gum, will not only help alleviate the pain, but your little one will be able to sleep comfortably.  Make sure you heavily dilute Thieves with EVOO or coconut oil, 5:1....test it on yourself first because it contains some hot oils in there.  Your baby will thank you and will be smiling and giggling once again. :)

Thieves contains Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Radiata and Rosemary.

Thieves is a staple in our house.  There are soooo many uses.  It was created based on the research about four thieves in France who covered themselves while covering themselves in some of the essential oils in Thieves when robbing plagued victims.  This blend was university tested for its cleansing abilities and it is highly effective in supporting the immune system.  Here are some uses for Theives:

  • Rub on the bottom of your feet to help fight germs
  • Place on drop on your thumb and press on the roof of your mouth  to help alleviate headaches
  • Use in diffuser to help kill airborne germs, bacteria, mold, etc.
  • Add one drop to honey for sore throats
  • Add a few drops in a capsule with carrier oil to help support immune system
  • Add 2 drops to a wet cloth to your clothes dryer
  • Add a drop to your toothpaste
I'm sure there are more uses, but these are the most common.  Make sure you always dilute with a carrier oil before applying to skin or taking internally.

Well, that about sums it up in a nutshell.  If  you have any questions or would like to know more about essential oils, leave a comment or send me an email: fernbourrie@gmail.com

Sore throat be gone!!!

This evening while doing his kitchen chores, my favorite son says, "hey mom, I have this sore throat...do you have any oils for that?"  Sure I do!!  I pulled out my EOPR (which I will be talking about at a later date)to look up a couple of things.  So this is what I did:
  • 1 drop of Thieves
  • 1 drop of Lemon
  • 1 tsp of Honey
Gave him a spoonful of that and told him to swallow slowly.  I also rubbed a couple drops of Purification on the front of his throat.  And as soon as he finished emptying the dishwasher, he said, "hey mom, my sore throat is gone."  I honestly thought I was going to need to give him another dose before he went to bed.  Seriously love these oils and I wish I knew about them earlier.

Clove (Syzygium aromaticum), lemon (Citrus limon), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Eucalyptus radiata† and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis CT 1,8 cineol).

(Citrus limon)

Citronella (Cymbopogon nardus), lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Melaleuca (Melaleuca alternifolia) lavandin (Lavandula x hybrida), and myrtle (Myrtus communis).

Ingrown toenail......OUCH!!!

Who has ever had an ingrown toenail?  If you have, you know it can get very painful and often ends up infected.  I remember when my second daughter was in 5th grade, she had an ingrown toenail, which got infected and she was in soooo much discomfort.  We did the whole doctor visit, antibiotics, Epson salt soaks, etc.  It took a good two weeks to heal.  Not very fun for a 5th grader whose sport was soccer at the time.

Anyway, I can't begin to tell you how continuously AMAZED I am with essential oils.  I mean, where were they when my children were little ducklings??  Why didn't anybody tell me about them....WHY????  Okay, enough whining...I have to share with you about my granddaughter Coraline.  She's such a sweet little peanut.  She had an ingrown toenail and a few days ago it got infection.  You know, the usual angry red, irritated and yellowish discharge look.  Not a pretty site.  My daughter  Brittany was thinking about taking her to her doctor to get it checked out, but we decided to try essential oils instead.  I applied Thieves and layered it with Lavender for THREE days.  Well, as you can see, the picture speaks for itself.  Coraline is now a happy little camper and she LOVES her oils!!

Don't you just love that face???

Clove (Syzygium aromaticum), lemon (Citrus limon), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Eucalyptus radiate and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis CT 1,8 cineol).

You have to read this book!!! :)

I just wanted to show you real quick the book that I'm reading.  Now mind you, it will take me a while to get through it because I want to absorb every word that is written and it is THICK....over 800 pages!! I'm not a reader, but this book has got my attention.  If you are into essential oils or are thinking about it, I think it's a great way to educate yourself AND keep as a reference.

Have a great day everyone!!  If you have any questions, shoot me an email or leave a comment!! :)

A PTSD Story

Being a Hospice and Home Health Nurse, I've met so many people with PTSD....all at different levels from mild to severe.  I've even seen it tear families apart.  It saddens me that these men and women who sacrificed so much for our country are suffering. Below is a powerful testimony that brought me to tears.  How fitting, this all happened over Memorial Day Weekend.  With her permission, I am able to share it with you!

"My husband is an Iraqi Vet three times over, USMC. He has been out for a couple years now. He served 10 years. He got out in December of 2012. His mental health screening was a joke. He has actually had PTSD from his first deployment in 2004. It has gone untreated and undocumented until he got out of the Marine Corps and headed to the VA for health care. He was very quickly diagnosed with severe PTSD and severe depression. They put him on meds so he wouldn't be suicidal. He has rock bottom testosterone levels (from the PTSD). He receives an injection every week and is working with his doctor to get his levels up. My husband has not been himself at all. He avoids conversation with me (we used to be best friends), he doesn't play with our children. He gets irritated by their laughter even..... his nerves just can't handle all that noise and we have four children. We believe that he is to be the leader of our home. The children and I naturally follow his lead. So you can only imagine how things have been. We are God-fearing, Jesus-loving people who try our hardest to follow Christ's example. Every day has been a constant battle for all of us around here. I've been at the end of my rope for years.
So, I have been very interested in these oils. We had lavender and eucalyptus in our home for a while. (Not YL brand) I started to let our four year old smell lavender when she would get upset. The results were amazing. I knew there was something to essential oils but limited myself to calming my toddler with the lavender, making body butter with it for me at night, and using eucalyptus with coconut oil or in baths to help with colds. I had posted in a group full of Christian women, mostly photographers, for prayer for our family. That's when I got a message from a gal telling me about YL. She mentioned how Gary Young was developing a protocol for PTSD fighters. I was very interested. Then I started researching YL as well as a couple other brands. YL won me over with their accountability they have by not outsourcing or mixing already distilled oils in their bottles. They do it all and because of that, they HAVE to give a high quality product because they can not point the finger elsewhere if they ever had a bad batch. I spoke with my husband about it here and there. I had read him some testimonials specifically about PTSD patients getting help with the oils. He said that even if they don't work, we'd probably save money diffusing oils if I quit buying febreeze all the time (recovering febreeze addict here. Anyone else?). We had to pinch pennies and shift things around but we just got or kit earlier this month.
I had posted about the day they came and how my husband's job was no longer stable and he had to update his resume right away. We put frankincense on him and saw immediate results. We have been using the pack for so many things and loving the results. For PTSD, we had put frankincense on him just a couple times. It seems to help with stress but the result is short lived for him. So, on Saturday, I felt like I got my husband back. We had to run errands and he loaded our four kiddos in the car while I finished getting myself ready. On my way out the door, I grabbed the oils I usually do and put them in my purse (stress away for me, peppermint in case my head hurts, P&C for our littles, and lavender for several things ). I got in the car and I immediately could tell something was different. My husband was not annoyed by the noise of our children. He was joking around and laughing. He was holding conversation with me. When I got nasty a couple times with my mood, he never batted and eye.... just stayed calm and loving. We finished the night with dinner at my parents. I was amazed at how my husband WANTED to help with cooking and cleaning and parenting. In fact, we were back to how we believe it should be.... I was helping him! I felt so light. I didn't have the burden of this family and putting out fires all the time. He loaded our kids up in my parents driveway while I lingered back to chat with my parents. "Something is going on with Matthew. He has been AMAZING today!" I was so excited! Our night home brought showers for all six of us and my husband stayed calm and didn't yell at all.
Fast forward to Sunday as we were leaving for church. I did my usual "oil call" on the way out the door. Our oldest shouted "give me some joy", followed by our other girls "I want the green one" "mommy, let me smell the pink one", and our son deciding if he wanted anything. I was filling my purse with the usual a when my husband walked by saying "oh, hey, give me some of that valor. I put it on yesterday and felt great!" No kidding!!!! I about fell to the floor. "That's IT!" I explained what I had noticed, what I told my parents, etc. Sunday was another awesome day. Monday as well!
For three days now, I've had my husband back! We have had laughter and joy in our home. He has been up and at 'me and not lounging around playing video games on his phone. He has been so awesome that I have noticed MY flaws and not his. The few times I misinterpreted something and snapped, he stayed so calm and sweet.
Praising God that when He made the world, He included Caprylic, Spruce, Rosewood, Blue Tansy, and Frankincense. And praising God for giving someone the idea to distill them at therapeutic quality and bottle them together with the label "Valor"! I got my warrior back!!!!!!!!!"  -Alexi

Alexi and her husband even went as far as making a video so we all could put a face to a name and it made it more personal.  It is about 20 minutes long, but well worth it.  Again, it brought me to tears!

Thank you for allowing me to share your story Alexi.  My hope that it will give some encouragement and hope to others who are suffering from PTSD.

Ingredients
Spruce (Picea mariana), rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora), blue tansy (Tanacetum annuum) and frankincense (Boswellia carteri) in a base of coconut oil.

I brought a few of the oils that I thought were necessities and I'm so glad I did!!  Our family used Peppermint for belly aches, Thieves for canker sores, PanAway/Valor/Peppermint for headaches, Stress Away for being at an amusement park on a holiday weekend...lol and Peace & Calming for little munchkins who like to fight their sleep!! Below is a picture of my granddaughter Coraline minutes after I massaged her little feet with Peace & Calming.  She was fighting her sleep and P&C did the trick!!  Love my oils!!!

Another hot day in San Diego...

I'm sure you all have heard the news about the nine wildfires going on in San Diego County.  IT'S CRAZY!!  And today is the reported to be the hottest this week at 102 degrees.  Thank God, the winds are not as bad.  But still the fires continue.  The worst one being in the San Marcos area (started yesterday) and it's 0% contained!!  Please continue to pray for the families affected and for the first responders, firefighters, military and law enforcement working around the clock to protect homes and our county!!!  It's on the news 24/7 so I'm sure most of you who are following the wildfires are up to date.

Well, with the heat at 102 degrees, getting a headache was inevitable.  My husband came home with a headache and he actually asked me what oils would work for a headache.  I was kinda shocked that he asked me....lol Of course I have something for a headache...the triple headache remedy!!  I layered PanAway, Valor and Peppermint on his temples and behind his ears down to his neck and within 30 minutes he reported that the throbbing had subsided!!!  YAY!!  That was music to my ears!!  Now this is what I use on myself when I get a headache and it usually works faster on me.  Everyone's body is different.  Some people would need a second application.  I used to take Advil 1-2 times a week, but ever since I was introduced to EOs, I no longer have to.  And no, I don't miss it one bit!!!  :)  Below is a picture of my hubby...he's such a happy camper now!!

PanAway - Wintergreen (Gaultheria procumbens), helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum), clove (Syzygium aromaticum) and peppermint (Mentha piperita).

Valor - Spruce (Picea mariana), rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora), blue tansy (Tanacetum annuum) and frankincense (Boswellia carteri) in a base of coconut oil.

Let's start from the beginning...

This is the beginning for me....it's a journey and I'm learning new things every day.  And as I do, I will come here to share it with you.  If you disagree with any of my posts, lets just agree to disagree.  I'm not interested in participating in the mudslinging going on in the world of essential oil wars.  With that said....

You're probably here because you've heard of essential oils, someone told you about their experience with essential oils, you're interested in a more natural approach to deal with illnesses, conditions or ailments or you want to learn more about essential oils. Whatever the reason, you're here and I'm glad you're interested in sharing in my Journey. I am fairly new to essential oils, but since I was introduced by my sister in law, I have done my due diligence and researched. I know that there are many brands, companies whether it be direct sales, MLM or store bought and there is a lot of controversy and bickering back and forth between companies, but honestly, I'm not interested in arguing which brand or company is the best.

I found that Young Living oils are best for me and my family and have worked for us. I have purchased store bought brands from Jimbos and Whole Foods and I have to tell you....they. are. NOT. the same!! BUT they may work for you. YOU make the ultimate decision for yourself.

Why I picked Young Living? After buying store bought brands and reading up on a few companies that sell essential oils, I picked Young Living!! My friend Jen was posting periodically on Facebook about the oils she used and I researched the company even more. I like that Young Living owns their own farms, monitors each step of oil production and that their oils are therapeutic, safe and effective. So far, they have helped with pain, sciatica, psoriasis, headaches and facial wrinkles. I absolutely love the results!!

When I first purchased essential oils, I bought them at Whole Foods or Jimbos. I really didn't know about the quality or purity of them. Now I know that they are mediocre. How do I know? I did the Peppermint to Peppermint test, I had a very bad headache and had two bottles of Peppermint, one from Jimbos and one from Young Living. Just from taking a whiff of each bottle, I can clearly tell which one was fresher and more invigorating. I applied the Jimbos brand to my temples and behind the ears and 30 minutes later, my headache still there. I then applied Young Living Peppermint to my temples and within 10 minutes, my headache was disappearing. AMAZING!! That right there confirmed that I made the right decision for me and my family. Now keep in mind that everyone's body chemistry is different and what may work for me may not work for you.

When I signed up as a member/distributer, it was a no brainer for me!! It was a great value and there were no monthly minimums or any requirements to sell...AWESOME!! So if you're interested in essential oils, do your research with what's out there, take a deeper look into Young Living and if you choose Young Living, read the good information below!!  If you choose another company...GREAT!  Whatever works for you!!

If you decide to go with Young Living, I would highly suggest the Premium Starter Kit with the diffuser...it's such a great value and you get 10 everyday oils and a diffuser for $150. The diffuser alone is $90!!!

There are two ways to get Young Living Essential Oils
  • As a Member (where you get a 24% discount) OR
  • As a Retail customer (no discount)
I recommend joining as a Member because
  • You receive a 24% discount
  • There are no monthly minimums
  • To keep receiving your 24% discount, you only need to purchase $50 worth of product in one year. No requirement to sell.
  • No quotas.
THAT'S IT. PERIOD!!

Members do have the option to share the oils with family and friends and have the opportunity to generate commission...TOTALLY OPTIONAL. If you are interested, let me know and I'll help you get started.
